           (closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch)


                         Wednesday & Friday:     

                            8:00 a.m. -  12:00 p.m.

Our Nurse Practitioners provide skilled, compassionate primary care for older children and adults. They work under the supervision of Dr. David McMillion, MD, a board certified family physician.

The practice is currently experiencing high volumes, however, we are accepting new patients as appointments become available. Please note we are not accepting new Humana or United Health Care insurance at this time.

                                              Lab Info

We open for labs on Monday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. for patients with lab appointments only. Labs are drawn on a first come, first serve basis. Phones will not be answered until 8:00 a.m. If you miss your lab appointment, please call our office to reschedule.  Follow-up appointments to review labs will be automatically cancelled when lab appointments are missed.

Please note that lab draws and blood tests are performed by PathGroup. Please ask for lab orders if your insurance requires you use another lab.



David A. McMillion, MD

Medical Director

David A. McMillion, MD is a native of Huntsville, Alabama, growing up on Monte Sano Mountain. He graduated from Huntsville High School in 1995, UAH in 2000, and received his medical degree from The University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) in 2005. David completed his residency at the UAB Huntsville Family Medicine Residency Program in 2008 and is board certified in Family Medicine. During his residency he served as Chief Resident and received several honors including Outstanding Teaching Resident.


Jessica Walters, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Jessica Walters, CRNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed with the Alabama Board of Nursing. She is a Huntsville, Alabama native and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2015.  Jessica has worked in a cardio thoracic surgery step down unit, a cardiac short stay unit at Huntsville Hospital, and has served as a substitute nurse for Huntsville City Schools. In December of 2017, Jessica completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She began working with Dr. McMillion in February of 2018. Jessica's special interests are preventive health, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease management.


Tiaya Lang, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Tiaya Lang, CRNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed with the Alabama Board of Nursing.  Tiaya is a Susan Moore, AL native. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Troy University in December of 2010.  She worked for several years as a travel ICU nurse. In May of 2017, Tiaya completed her Master's of Science degree in Nursing from Troy University. She began working with Dr. McMillion in November 2018. Tiaya's special medical interests include all aspects of family medicine with a focus on preventive health and wellness.


Emory Coleman, CRNP

Nurse Practitioner

Emory Coleman, CRNP is from Athens, AL.  She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Auburn University in 2016. In her nursing career, she has worked in the Medical ICU and ENT department at the Kirklin Clinic at The University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB). Emory completed her Master's of Science in Nursing from UAB in 2020. She did her student hours with Dr. McMillion and joined the practice upon graduation. Emory's goal is to provide competent and compassionate care while educating about disease prevention.

Prescription Refills

You may now request a refill by email to the address below. Please allow 48 hours for completion of your request. If your request is not completed within 48 hours, please call the office. Be sure to include 1) Either patient account number OR full name and date of birth, 2) Name, dosage, and quantity of medication being requested, and 3) The name and location of the pharmacy. Prescriptions will be electronically submitted to the pharmacy and your pharmacy should notify you when they are ready.
